I believe that he was the consensus pick to win the championship all along. I saw a lot of talent from him, and now he has proven me correct. I want to see how he fairs in the international scene, though. I know that if he works hard then he can possibly go to the championship there as well. I believe that he has that kind of talent, I just hope that he doesn't get bored of the sport.
